bgis bad coz it isnt going with the tag
if u tried to cr8 a woman getting outta water thats a really bad attempt
but the effects on render are pretty nice
and the text needs much work

finally a comment. Erm, i tried to make her wet but like with a bit of snow on her. But obviously its more a abstract version than realistic. I like the text imo.

its not realistic snow. Its on her breasts and hair. It isnt really snow it just adds to the effect of cold.

Love the effects over the render, but not the bg so much and the left side is very empty. text could also use some work too

i think you should change the render placement, the text is good but i dont like the little box

but other than that it is nice i like the c4d you used it looks good where it is

Yeah the render placement needs to be changed, to far to the right, but be careful not to put it right in the middle. Also the effects around the render seem very lq or otherwise very oversharpened and thats just bugging me idk, the placement of those c4d's is really nice though, so good work there.
The effects on the far left by the text are just iffy, very out of place and don't really add any flow or anything.
The text is ok, but the box in the middle either needs to go or be moved along with the text, all of it should either be moved closer TO the render and all closer together or the render needs to be moved closer to the text.
Whatever snow or rain or anything on the person looks just like random splatters, maybe try and find some tuts for snow/rain, i'm a loser at that myself :P sorry
There's also a blue streak on her face that just irks me, looks out of place and on the whole B&W w/ effects bluish just throws me off.
