Second one is miles better.
The text is awesome, it's always good to use Deathnote text with Deathnote, Spiderman text with Spiderman...etc.
The effects on the second are much better than the first, it's just an overall improvement.
Bit dark in some places, but thats alright, it's a nice job.

I like the second one better for its smudging,color,effects.The first one could have been made better b adding c4ds and all.keep it up
