You're a sig machine... Nice effects and I see what you've tried to do with the text but it's a bit too far spaced out. Also I like the outside effects but there is no real effects with the girl. Looks like you pasted in the render and put effects beneath it :S
so that's 2 for effects.
Personally I don't think she needs any and I think it would in fact just clutter it up, but let's wait and see if anyone else chimes in.
not bad stud not bad. I dont think its lacking effects as you are trying to stress the bubbles more.
hwoever the change from white (around here) to black (on the sig) is really killing this for me. it makes it look like 2 halves trying to be forced together.
nice colors. Just watch out for the font that is the bubble text. It seems a bti too hippyish for her futuristic seat.
