Hmm not bad. a few ctis though.

The orange +purple. Got whored awhile ago. i'd try and stray away from that as a gradient map. It just looks a bit old.
So the colro could use some work, but if you make this into a black and white it'd fix that.
The BG is okay but i find the right side to be a bit boring. it doesnt rly blend with the left either. Try to pick a concept of what it looks like and stick with it.

Onoto the left it's decent for depth, but i dont buy it. It doesnt look like a believeable depth. It just l;ooked like you slightly blurred a few stocks. I think thats because of the rapid change in sharpness too. You should work on your DOF's. Try and stay consistant to the rest of the sig. You cant blur parts of the sig willy nilly. Certaain parts dont work for blurring.

Text isnt bad The default lookign font is fantastic zole taugth you well. Though the colors seem a bit weird. Also placement is a tad off. I'd probabaly scoot your etxt down to the renders hip where it's blurred. Mask that problem a bit.

My last nit pick is the render looks topazeD? Im not a fan of the topaz look but it isnt blatantly obvious so not bad. Just try to stray away from topaz if you did use it.

overall not bad. Just needs some refining. Mainly color wise. And when you do that bumping up the brightness and contrast a tad wouldnt hurt.
