    Lightbulb Gunz

    just found a render for a game called gunz, i liked the render but have never played the game. heres a sig i made out of the render, C&C please:

    I like the red effects, but you overused it, I would reccomend placing it mostly around the sword to give a good effect, and maybe get rid of the lines?

    imo stroke gridlines are mad oldschool and out of date... nice effects

    Im sure with practice you can do better, these guys on this site are very good at helping you achive the best out of your sigs, ive been doing it for 30 days now (i know that as my photoshop trial has just run out and i gotta fork out for it in full now) and in the last few days since i sighned up here i have improved allot. , and thanks BTW

    Thanks , urm what do you mean by gridlines? the scanlines that i have on it?, if i get rid of them it goes darker, but i'll upload a version without them if you want.

    You're missing a lightsource => Soft 200px white brush just above him and set to lighten.

    Effects are nice, well done.

    or when you add scanlines set the opacity down or lower the opacity of the layer you throw them on, they are way overdone on this sig but lightened im sure would look a lot better!
