V2 gets my vote.

V1 seems too saturated and overly grainy.

v1 seems a bit over contraster/saturated,
tone it down a bit and have a bit more colours.
i stil go with v1 though,, not feeling v2.

it's a bit dark and grungy to me.. but that's just not my style i guess.
