It's very cheaotic. The bg and effects don't fit the render imo. Try something a bit more simple/peaceful.
I dont like the blending. maybe try blending the shoulder on our left, instead of the gun

Hmm... Id like to cut the sign in two half, get rid of the right and save the left. Beacuse the right side is pretty bad, dosnt go with the rest. The left side i nice, make the right on the same bases as the left side.

The smoke should be on the gun, not on the shoulder, and needs to be resized.

Edit or make a fresh start, you can do it
