Don't like the render being dead centered. Work on compo imo, alot of your tags are centralised. Kinda makes 'em boring. Effects are ok, I reckon the smudge on the shoulders is a tad over done. I like the wireframes and base effects, but maybe erase the edges of the wireframes to make 'em jagged.

It's not bad, but it looks like you definetly just plopped the render in ontop of a background and erased with a soft brush. If you're using a stock, which looks like what you have, and not a render, I suggest working with the stocks BG alot more, it's hard to make it looks alright with just using the soft eraser like that. Also, I agree with above comments, and it's a little monotone, and text needs work.

It sounds like alot of problems, but it's still a great tag! Just trying to give some helpful C&C.

I love the effects and the Anger text is pretty good, I would work on your name text a bit.
I think the background is too disconnected from the render, it just looks out of place, this one might have just been better on a black background with little or no light source so that we could feel the "anger" more.

Also, please don't double post or bump your own thread, we will come and CnC eventually! Thanks.
