Wow, I really like this, the smudging is brilliant and the render fits in perfectly although looks slightly low quality. Good job! Would ask for a tutorial but can't do it so - meh, what's the point. Keep it up, hope to see some more like this!

I think it looks VERY low quality, it almost ruins this sig.
Some elements look really great and the smudging and lighting aren't bad but I just can't stop looking at the pixelated render and background.
Just to bash on it a little more but I don't really like the text, it just doesn't seem to suit the rest of the sig, other than being low quality.
Sorry Stud, I've seen much better out of you.

Looks pretty LQ to me, I think it was just a combination of the effects and the LQ stock.
