I think the render is very over-smudged, you can see who it is but still very hard. Too much light surrounding him and the text is impossible to read and very bad in my opinion. I think you need to work with this a lot more or you could always start fresh with the same render. Keep trying.

im diggin the contrast but the render is overly edited, maybe brightning the render and choosing a different text would make it more lively. other then that i like it

Hulk in my opinion is a very had character to turn into the a good sig because the green is off putting and other stuff which makes it that more difficult then a killzone sig or something like that. You made a good attempt at capturing the hulk power but the background seems over sharpened the text is hard to see because of the glow and you have over done the brightness of the glow behind Hulk and over started to tear away at thim with your smudge tool.

As dccarnage said go back and see what improvements you can make and if you feel that you need to start again do so also remember to practice what you know and to learn what you don't(dont over work with sigs come back to it so you dont get to frustrated and give up totally)

I disagree with you rhydian on the Hulk renders being hard to work with. I'm going to quote that in my signature and when I get my Photoshop back, I'll shock you.

Nice work man, try and make your hulk more noticeable . He looks dull and for a hulk
sig you want him to stand out to show his raw power. Right now there is too much
black around him and its hard to see

The effects are ok but for me they just dont go with the Sig. keep it up man and Keep
    on Hulking!!
