Hmm, the one thing that stands out here is the typography. The type needs a little work so that it doesn't look like it's thrown on. Try to align the words and think about type placement while you are making the sig, not afterwards. (I know I don't always follow this advice, but it helps ^_~ )

I don't really like this to be honest. In my opinion the background is very low quality and doesn't suit the render, maybe use some more C4D's and brushes. Then there's the smudging of the render - it's over-smudged. And the text isn't bad, just the colour and font choice, placement isn't bad but if you didn't have as much blur you could move it closer.
Please remember that this is my own opinion - It's not to downgrade your piece or anything just giving my honest views on it to help you improve. Keep it up.
