Not really liking the animation, that just complicates the sig.
The colours are fine, and the blending isn't bad in some areas, just make sure that the text isn't the focal and that the render is the first thing we look at.

Like the above, the animation and text kill it for me.
Good work on the right side, love that bit, but I think the whole right side needs a once over, new effects to go with the flow more and all

I like it but the animation isn't suiting it at all. Remove that and change the text you've got a killer signature there.
