Over-blended in my opinion, bit monotone but busy effects. Not bad, keep it up.

The flow is alright, but the depth is off.
Things that are closer to the front should be sharp and things farther away should be blurred.
This is so that our eye realizes what it's looking at and how far away it is.

sometimes objects nearer can be blurred... and then sharpen as it goes farther away...but i do get ur point... that does mean, the c4d on the front should be sharpened and the c4d at the back of the render should be sharpened? vice versa?

What you are suggesting does work sometimes, but not that often, most of the time it's good to follow the mentioned rule of distance.
