i like the background with the grid on there like a wire fence and stuff... but thats about it sorry

imo the border is sloppy and thick, whilst the whole image is too big.
the font is appaling (spelling?) and the render stick out just a lil too much.. maybe do one of the blending tuts on this site if it has one , if not they arnt hard to find.

i just kinda think it looks goofy, and i see the effect you were trying to get with your pic, but you may try and move it around some more, it seems oddly out of place, and the shadow or black glow around him does not look good at all.
