add one or two of the same looking splatters of her right shoulder. That'll maybe your eyes move more to the focal more.

Nicely done mate. Personally I like this one more than the ones you have in ur signature.
Imo the colouring is better here seeing the focal, bg and effects blend better all together. There is one small thing that bugs me a bit. If you take a close look at the effects, there are some over-contrasted scanlines. They aren't that noticeable at first view, but if you take a closer look they disturb the effects imo.

The over-contrasted lines I think was due to my excessive clicks with the Sharpen tool xD.

That's very good, awesome use of sharpening, it's sharp in all the right places.
Try for a darker coloured splatter above her shoulder just to balance it out.
Really nice work on this one.

sweet sig man, only thing that is bothering me about it is the layer over her hair that is erased differently, there is like a sharp circle shaped erase line over the hair above her shoulder that distracts from your awesome effects. good job
