    Saut de Chat!
Few of my friends dabble in parkour, I usually just film them.

Vancouver, Canada. Lots of sweet residential areas and construction zones but swarms of cops. We got a cop encounter on tape, it was scary as hell. And the only parkour I myself can manage is a dash vault and the saut de chat.

Hmm, i dont think i've ever gotten a cop encounter, because as long as we dont destroy something, they're fine with it.
Hmm, you can come pretty far with the dash and Saut de chat I'm pretty sure you can do both a lazy and a speed vault to!

Done a few speed vaults, not a lazy, no where near as good as a few of my buddies. Most of them run around pulling gainers and three step wall climb back flips, that shit scares me too much to try!

Basically, if you can do a speed and dash,. you can do a lazy:P
Hehe, Gainers and three step wall flips isn't parkour. But yeah, i feel that. I dont dare try flips myself:P
