I've been trying to work out on how to make this look digital but I just couldn't find anything that worked, So any of you guys might have any suggestions ?

What program are you using? I would personally recommend Illustrator for it, but you could do it in Photoshop too. In either program, you could use the Pen Tool to trace and recreate that drawing digitally. If you've never used the Pen Tool before, I recommend taking a look at the Adobe Livedocs articles on it for assistance.
