Default Soul Calibur IV - Talim

I did one this time using a different tutorial. I tried to add more depth by having a C4D Come infront of her, and under her arm. This is the first time I've tried to use abstract/effect C4Ds

C n C plz! because of you guys, my skills are improving more and more each day!

You are deffinatly improving. the depth in this one is quite nice, i prefer version 3 personally, however its a little chaotic for my tastes

Yeah, that's a great improvement. It is a bit chaotic - keep in mind that you don't want to take too much attention away from your focal point - everything should work with it. A lot of it does work with it here, but I think there is a little too much going on. If you do have too much, the easiest thing to do is to just take the eraser and get rid of parts you don't need. I think a mix of the second and third version is best. I like the coloring in the second one, but it seems a little too dominant. If it was less emphasized but still present it would look pretty nice.

Yer Ver3 the best imo. But as stated before from Jeff and Fuzer just to chaotic but some ppl like that

I was worried about it being too chaotic. I tried to do some black brushing around the edge to draw the focus towards the center. I can see a huge difference between when I follow a tutorial, and when I try to do something from scratch. I don't have enough knowledge yet, I think.

It doesn't seem as noticeable of a change, but I went in and erased a bunch of the background C4D. Hopefully it's less chaotic.

I personally like the third one the most.

It seems a lot more vibrant.

    i love the version 3..IMO ^^
for me, just blurred it more at the right side of the focal to make more depth.
and tried to darken some areas. .

Version 3 eh? I think you guys are right. It is more vibrant. So I should just blur/darken the sides more?
