    thats nice , but i think its too big for the render.. cuz render is to little = makes it look
    really empty. and render looks low quality, text is nice
    i like the colours , but i think you should work a bit more on it.. make it more lil, or make render bigger

    always blend the bg with the render and not the render with the bg
    thats what you do

    Crop the canvas slightly and keep the focal as big as you can. InsetNine, I have a friend who has made some GIMP tutorials. They are for beginners, you want me to PM them to you? They will be really helpful hopefully, interested?

    It's a nice idea but the render is far to small for such a large canvas...
    I would sugest cropping it but I like how the 'flames' fade out - and cropping the canvas would lose that.

    Always make sure the render you use is of a high quality too.
