My first vertical sig.

P.S there is a white/creamish sort of border so its not as easy to see.

I can see the border, and it goes nicely with the colors of the sig. Maybe do a new layer, apply image, and sharpen, then erase the area around the focal, just to bring the guy's face out a little more. I really like the smudging and effect you used, and the colors are great!
