Too much pink by the lower left cheek. Text is ultimate fail dude xD Expected better in that area. The effects are good though. Focal seems a bit oversharpened in the upper right, the hair part. The grainy BG is cool. I dig that lol. There is alot of pink that I don't like in the lower left besides the focal. A light source or smudged layer? If so, get rid of it.
Other than that, a fine piece of work.

Agree with the pink, really needs toning down, would also say that it needs more going on at the sides because it looks a little gray atm.
