    Default Simple but firey.

    The only diff between the 2 is the slight background.

    I like the second one. The left side, obviously, is completely barren. Not sure if you intended that or not, but it seems TOO black, if that makes any sense? Not saying you should slap a render there, but I think a bit of texture couldn't hurt.

    Overall, great effects on it.

    Yeah it does look plain on the left and it is simple i like it but the left is just too much.

    I've been having problems in finding something that works with it and that i can incorporate easily without having to go back about 20 odd layers and starting again

    ok take the smoke away and add texture or a cityscape to the bg blend the render! theres a start add effects from there and lets see a result.

    The fire effect is very, very good but the BG is incredibly bare.
