On a lot of your banners the text is very bad, say the first one for example. It's fine but the text is off. Try blending it in, you can use many effects for this, overlay is a good one to make it blend in.
Okay now for the second one, this one is my least favorite of them all. Ok first off the render, it's way to big try to re size it next time, it takes away from the tag. It's also not blended well either. And the text is bad on this one to.
The third one is the worst i think of them all, it's very plain. First off it looks like you just used one brush for this. Never do that spice up your colors a bit, use some c4d's they help a lot. And then the text still doesn't blend. Try learning typography, it' very useful when coming to text.
Don't let the crit get you down either, these can improve. Hope to see more of your work!
