The colour ain't bad. But no flow, no depth, the background is chaotic. The text is horrible. Look up some basic tuts and follow them.

This isn't appealing to me at all. The colours of the C4Ds do not work, and there is no image blending. I also see that you have painted a black area for your text to lay on top of.
