Wow dean your improving ALOT haha maybe take those lines in the centre and move them to the sides of the render also the lighting is just one strong blob maybe try and spread it out make it softer and add some lighting to him so its not just on his head :S burn and dodge tools my friend the way forward well done wtih the BG it suits it maybe tone down the blur a tad
