uhh render is too big, and next time when chosing a render make sure the quality of the picture is crystal clear, and try to stay away from stroking text...
one last thing try not to make the effects go overthe render

The render is too big for the tag (Did you even re-size it?), there's no real blending, which would be hard to do with this tag anyway as the contrast between render and background is so different. Read and attempt some basic tutorials and you'll improve. Just keep patient.
