Pretty nice. I'd trim it so that it's a bit thinner in the width. It will also add a bit to the overall look.

Maybe a bit of text as well would look good.

Its really well done, the liquify filter has been used well, but its a bit overdone on the guitar. but overall well done.

but, now I'm working on it. in liquifying effect and that's also my first time in liquify tools. .
