    set that outline thing to overlay, soft light, or just lower the opacity.
    and make him blend in more.

    For a tech sig the boarder needs a lot of work, all of the boarder right now would look good in the sig but not as a boarder

    the "tech" stuff should be more vibrant in their shade of blue perhaps leaning more towards cyan mmmyesss?

    text can be more cooler and the background could be more spicier o.o

    good stuff tho, just needs some spices to this soup we call graphics.

    Kinda not a sig but i can see that u know the sizes from ur 2 currents,

    The techy stuff looks ok but it stands out a bit too much, it may be the brightness of the blue. It's more of an electric blue rather than navy, i'm not sure though as i don't like the techy side of stuff myself. Theres not really much in it that i comment on cos its slightly empty. It's definitly not finished. Keep working on it though
