The effect is good. I like how his face is the brightest section of his body
brings the main focus to that then leads off to the street lights.
Maybe if you darkened the tones on the main focus a tiny bit, it would have a richer effect.

Too less effects are seen and goin round here IMO. And, the BG is seen too easily which i do not like Blur it for greater depth. I know vert sig cant really hav too much effects tho. Use a bigger size, quite small for a vert sig here. Look at other people's vert sig, its bigger. But if its ur personal choice, i hav nth to say.

I like the sparkling around the focal, if it could be brighter but not distracting, it would be nice. Clipping Mask fits in quite well too. But i like the concept.
