I really like the colors. The text is pretty good I would just pick darker color. Also, make it a little smaller. The one major thing you need to do is blend the render in with the BG. It looks like you just placed the render on there. The effects are a little basic, but effects take a lot of time to master. Overall its a pretty nice sig.

nice smugging, interesting border, im not sure if i like it or not.

main thing is to spice this up! the bg is just filled with smugging, you need to use some c4ds and brushes and clipping masks in order to make it look better

for the text, i would choose a different font (check dafont for some really nice ones) and lower its opacity to fit it into the bg better

The smuding is nice and the colours are as well but the render just does not blend, at all =\ Text needs changing, though in this case I wouldn't put it there. THe border isn't good; stick with the normal, 2inch black border son. Pick a render that has some form of 'action' and not just standing there.
