I think it's a bit too bright. The C4D'S in the background aren't really adding anything to the tag either, just taking up space. Try and create some flow with them! The border is horrible, the colour just looks sicky and I would suggest (after changing colours of the background) sticking to a black border. Good positioning of render though and a nice attempt. Just keep reading those tutorials!

well thanks for the comment. i added the c4ds to get a sparkling bright bg effect. thanks for advice nice one

The clipping mask is nice, the color is a bit too bright, and the text is really hard to read.
