Thread: .tiff C4D

    Default .tiff C4D

    Hello,

I just downloaded a C4D pack with over 400 renders. The problem is that they are all saved as .tiff. When I open it in photoshop it has a black background not a transparent one. Is there any way to get rid off the black background? A simple way, not using the background eraser or actually rendering it myself.

jsut change the layer blending mode to verlay and it will do the trick

Does the tiff images have multiple layers, if so just hide the layer with the black background, then save it as png.

The tiff formate supports multiple layers and is therefore big in file size.

If there is no multiple layers in your files then try different blend modes when you have pasted it in where ever you want to use it. You can not blend away the black background if you don't have any picture underneath.

If none of this works then you'll have to render them yourself using the pen tool or what so ever.
