    meh, the edges are very pixelated and the bg was prolly made from a generic tut... maybe add something to make it a little more interesting or eye-catching?

    It's a pretty cool cutout, Could do with a blur around the edges =)

    i didn;t really use a tut, i used gradient tool with low opacity and difference mode and juz went here and there till it became like that then i made another layer and pinched it so here it is. actually if it wasn;t transparent bg the sides r actually very,,, say crisp. but i dunno why w/o background it is a different story

    Brushes...

    I havnt used one filter other then Clouds in forever...Try to get some brushes and follow some tuts on basic brushing, then more advanced. Filter sigs dont look that good, and seem to be very simple...Also as MinorThreat said, the border is very pixelatted...Im going to have to give it a 4/10...
