The file is three years old and the uploader is long since been inactive, I doubt this will ever be upped again, unless an old member still has it on his HDD somewhere and wants to do it.

I will unfortunately have to give you the same answer as just posted in the collection thread:

I had all the packs on my hard-drive which unfortunately crashed last month and is now stone dead. However I were able to in a miraculous way recover my most important files, including all gfx material, and transfer them to another drive. The annoying thing is that I were not able to recover the maps, only the files alone, so it's all a mess with 21 424 files to organize in maps once again.
It's impossible for me to remember which packs the resources belonged to. Maybe one day I can release a collection pack with all the resources I can remember to be released by this team.
