First attempt:

Cool dragon you found!

It's a bit to much white that makes it to bright. Try to put in some dark spots by burn tooling and paint some black with a soft brush at the edges and then lower the opacity. Also play around some more with the adjustment layers to brighten it down.

Really female like dragon you found and the shape at the text is also female like ^u^

Move the text closer to the neck, it shall be a part of the focal.
