heey rad my outcome :

Nice atmosphere and colors. The big bright c4d lines and bubbles steals to much of the attention away from the dragon. I would replace them with some more colorful effects and less white ones.
Try brighten down the sides of the sig and brighten up the center of the sig, to give the right attention to the center.
I like the pinky look of the metal.

where would i find these "dragons to put in it?

Well it's not actually a dragon, I think it's some kind of sword, but it looks like a tech dragon to me ^u^
You can find the one I used in the resource pack for this tutorial.
