I like V2 better.
Some parts are a tad over contrasted such as her hands, you are losing some of the color of the sig. The text could use some tweaking, and I might have used a color for the pen tool going around her body.

That being said, its a solid sig, and I'm being a little harsh because I know you can take it Keep it up.

i think i prefer the red V1 over the purple/orange colours in the V2.
both versions are very nice though, nice work man

try working on compo and colours.
your effects seem kinda random.
imo the pentooling really doesnt fit well.
