I think it's great.

The colors of the brushes really go great with the colors of the focal point.

However, I personally would like to see a bit more focus on the headphones, and maybe develop more flow for the focal point to give this tag more appeal.

It has no real sense of relevance or placement. Obviously the dude is a musician of some sort, but he's the only musical element in the entire sig. The rest is just a bunch of yellow lines and circles that don't have much to do with the fellow at all.

The brush alone won't make a good sig. Its all about the technique and how you create the composition. Good vector brushes do not make a good vector sig.
