Well lets just get to it:



There it is. Any criticism is accept, except for comment on the logo in the top-left. I wanted to add the text on the benner before I showed you guys, but I haven't found the "just-right" font. Thanks. This is my first concept sketch...And by just looking at it I forgot to throw in the navigation bar...Heh...So any help on that would be appreciated, aswell.

interesting... put some dark reds/oranges in there to make it look real old. instead of black text. like its been faded or something.

looking pretty good, the paper turned out pretty neat,
you'll have to find a font that matches nicely though... something that has an old feeling to it, but that's not anoying to read after a few phrases...

concerning the scroll bar, I'd make it in the black between the pages, kinda doing something unusual. people remember unusual stuff, and that's what you want...

Changed the banner so it flowed a little better. I ended up suing that BlackChancery font. Thanks for the name of the font.

I like your idea for the scroll bar in the middle, very nice. But when I said Navigation bar, I meant the bar with the buttons. Which I have found will be going underneath the name of the site, on the header. I really am a fan of that scroll bar idea though. Thanks.
