Yes it is. Its from the movie "Rein Over Me"

Which brings me to my thought that idk if you thought it was Reign on Me, or Over Me, but its Reign Over Me. Like The Who (later covered by Pearl Jam) song Reign O'er Me. The fun things we learn.

And I don't mind the style at all. Harsh lighting is a style in and of itself and I dig it. I am just not sure I am crazy about those things in the corner O.o
