I'm gonna keep it short: The text drags this clean piece down pretty much, use simple fonts.

The bg and all the effecs fits the theme well, but the things coming out of his hat is in a totally different style than the rest of the tag. That only makes it look confused, try to keep the same styles on all of the objects

same for me like rads comment,the only thing i dont like is the green effect next to his hands,kinda doesn't "flow" with the sig

Yep like everyone else, i agree to the green thing, you should have at least make a clipping mask over your render so it would go behind the hand.
But nice work bro!

the bg was allready done its a stock photo u can google it all it looks like to me he did was put a boarder and text on it and little magic over cup i sapose

well, if you look closely, u'll know that I added depth lighting and I enhance the photo itself.
You are right, it is a stock, but it doesnt mean that I didnt do much...
