the render looks like it was scanned from a manga cover or something.

and the anime was good uptill a certain point where "something happend"
the ending was just dissapoiting in my oppinion :/

I really needs some lighting. And it's oversharpend.
Maybe add some gradient maps to match the colors?

Pretty nice effects though.
