yeh, my portable hard drive just died and thats were i saved all my stuff to do with photoshop.

now gotta start from scratch frinding stocks, renders etc. had over 9 gigs of stuff.

Try Taking it to the Comp Store
Have it Checked Out to see if they can retrieve any of the lost files.

9 gigs is quite a bit but the same thing happened to me, i think it was good cuz it forced me into using new things im sure you'll be ok

half of them is useful, the other half just looks amazing.

You dont need to start from scratch tekken, you're good, it will all be fine.
as far as work is concerned, it htink i got around 20 gigs of photoshop files
