    work on text
    dont use brushes to make a BG
    sharpen your focal to add depth

    well defo dont put a glow on it. and try to keep text simple.
    theres many different things o do with text. look at other work to get ideas.

    i changed up the text, darkened the bg, killed the arrows and sharpened. better?
    still seems really bright behind him :/

    The Render you used looks a bit lq to me.
    There is no blending.

    The flow is off. I would remove the arrowbrushes, they break the flow.
    Also work on your ligthning and colors.

    I suggest you to look up at some tuts at the tutsection here.

    the background looks a little chaotic when it comes to colors and it is a little bright. Kiu though id like to see more

    bg needs work too many colors :S they dont really work with the render .... try blending the render in abit more and fix up the lighting... also text needs work .. keep it up dude heaps of good tutorials on this site
