can you post what render you used? it looks squished down a little. when resizing your render hold (shift key) to keep proportions correct. the effects work and are nice colors, but the bg color of turquoise doesn't seem to go with the rest of it. The placement of the text is ok, but there is alot of chaotic lines behind it. The flow of the bg does not match up with the flow of the foreground effects creating some disruption in the flow. Overall I like the sig, it just needs a few adjustments good job and Joker ftw.
