Help finding good animation Tuts..

Hello dear GfX users...

im searching for good animation tutorials for Ps CS5 or equivalent stuff...
Been searching Google for ever it feels like, and ive come up with some... but i always want to find more. Looked though here as well, but it seems like most tuts are pretty old...

Any help would be most appreciated.

What kind of animation? Sprite animation? Sig animation? Text animation? Image?

sig/text/image animations first hand mate,
guess all three applies to sig animations really

seen some really cool ones that uses Ps + After effects.. and then u move the whole thing over to Flash..but im not real happy with the end result there. since Flash really destructs the GiF file imo. and i cant use the swf files at most forums.
