The second version is the better one there as the blue effect doesn't really fit the tag imo.

Remove the text. I think the colors would do better if you made the yellow and purple way less harsh. I think the lighting is way overtoned and needs to come down a notch. The overall composition is whack. Work on color, composition and lighting. I suggest you take a look at out tutorial section we have here. There is a vast array at your disposal and I believe they could help you greatly!
