    Remove the text, its overwhelming. I like the effects you used but the color scheme of them is off. Seems a bit oversaturated. Tone it down and use a more subtle blue. This blue stands out too much. Also, work more on your arrangement of elements. They need better blending, also, be sure to not blur your foreground elements as well lest you try to go for a depth type tag. Keep at it!
