I like the colors, fx and how the focal view is placed.
Though, the giant "c" doesn't really blend well with the text. I'd suggest you to play around with the opacity with that one.
Also, I can't tell whether its a drop shadow or not, but something is making the text pop out, and It doesn't really blend well due to the feel of the tag.
Oh, and I think you should sharpen the stock's face, because I think that's one of the main parts of the tag, and at first glance, I saw the fx first, then the focal point.

thanks for the advice. what do you suggest for the text? cause if i change the color to the focal color it doesnt look quite right and if i lower the opacity of the text then it blends in with the fx. as for the face ill try sharpenin it

Hmm, maybe blur the C a little bit. (Set the strength of the blur tool to 10%)
The top of it is really sharp and distracting.
