bg is dull nothing going on at the all compo is stale... the flow is ehhh all over the place... text looks bad.... render looks great but u ruined it with those effects on it... it sounds wrong but u kinda made her look like a man.... lighting is too hard (condensed) & bright .... pink vector brushes look out of place... color scheme is dull too... and finally depth wise this is as flat as a pancake....

read advance tuts to workout the issues i mentioned....

Hmm.. i can tell which gradient you used, or thats just the colors lol...
But Like i said... Brushes themselves are from hell.. except splatter you just have to know when to use them.. but when you use brushes try using clipping mask, if you dont know how to do that then use the tut in here:
    http://www.gfxvoid.com/forums/showthread.php?t=48830
there's some useful stuff in there.
And your background looks very blurry, try to find some good smudge settings and smudge it around so it doesn't look so bland
But try again with this help and i think it should turn out better

i would agree with Don, But also Your blending is to smooth man and the bg, add some textures or patterns to liven things up.Work on your colors to, the face's color is contradcting with the rest. Also to add depth you can burn the edges or do some sexy lighting. Also I dont see much flow. If your having trouble with that, do what i do, liqiufiy or motion blur.

But you gotta start somewhere.kiu man
